Due to holidays or high demand, we are currently unable to accept climbing shoes for repair.

The repair process typically takes between 10 to 20 business days from the day we receive your climbing shoes.

• For 4 or more pairs in one box, the return costs (NL + BE) are on us.
• After receiving your repair, you will receive an invoice + payment request from us.
• The average duration is 10 working days after receiving your climbing shoes.
•  Shipping costs outside of the Netherlands and Belgium will be calculated according to current rates.
• If you do not make a choice, La Sportiva and Scarpa climbing shoes will be repaired with original materials (if available), and other brands with Vibram XS Edge 4mm by default.
• If edges or toes are very thin or damaged, they will also be repaired without consultation.
• Also check carefully for stitching, velcro closures, lace loops etc. It would be a shame if you have to send them back again for that reason.
• Print out this form and include it with your repair. If you do not have access to a printer, you can write down all personal information and which repairs are needed per pair of climbing shoes on a piece of paper.
