The repair process typically takes between 10 to 20 business days from the day we receive your climbing shoes.

- For orders of 4 or more pairs in one box, the return costs (NL + BE) are covered by us. For orders of 6 or more pairs for the rest of Europe, the return costs are €10.00. For orders of 9 or more pairs, there are no return costs.
- When your repair is almost ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice and payment request from us. Your repair will only be shipped after payment has been received.
- The average shipping time is 10 business days after receipt of your climbing shoes.
- Shipping costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are calculated according to current rates.
- If you do not specify a choice, La Sportiva and Scarpa climbing shoes will be repaired as standard using original materials (if available), and other brands will be repaired using Vibram XS Edge 4mm.
- If the edges or toe caps are very thin or damaged, they will also be repaired without prior consultation.
- Also carefully check the stitching, Velcro, lace closures, loops, etc. It would be a shame to have to send them back again for this.
- Print this form and send/bring it with your repair. If you don't have a printer, you can write down all your personal information and any repairs needed for each pair of climbing shoes on a piece of paper.
